Txakoli is generally a young white wine with a moderate alcohol content, a very aromatic and fresh flavour, and a pleasant level of acidity.
Its most valuable treasure is its minerality. Through its touch of acidity, you can experience the miracle, the personality and the elegance of the wine.
This wine is produced using the indigenous Hondarribi Zuri grape variety, the fruit of very specific agro-climatic conditions with a temperate, wet climate.
We bring you a selection of the three appellations of origin that can be found in the Basque Country: Getaria, Bizkaia and Alava.

Designation of Origin (DO): Araba. Grape varieties of Hondarribi Zuri, Gros Manseng and petit corbú. 11.5% ABV.
Zabalondo is a fun, suggestive and pleasant txakoli, in which the herbaceous aromas gradually give way to the fruity and fennel aromas. It is a young and groundbreaking txakoli on the outside, but with a friendly and delicate interior.
Through avant-garde oenological techniques and with the Hondarrabi Zuri as the main variety, we have achieved a txakoli with an intense, fruity aroma, with hints of apple and pineapple.
Designation of Origin (DO): Getaria. Native variety 100% 'Hondarrabi Zuri'. Recommended serving temperature between 6º-8ºC.
Designation of Origin (DO): Bizkaia. Txakoli, made with a coupage of txakolis, from the Hondarrabi Zuri (50%) and Hondarribi Zerratia (50%). Alc 12,5% ABV.
Designation of Origin (DO): Getaria. Native variety 100% 'Hondarrabi Zuri'. Recommended serving temperature between 6º-8ºC.
Designation of Origin (DO): Bizkaia. Txakoli, obtained from the Hondarribi Zuri grape variety. 12.5% ABV.
Designation of Origin (DO): Getaria. Native variety 90% 'Hondarrabi Zuri' and 10% 'Hondarrabi Beltza'. Recommended serving temperature between 8º-10ºC.

Designation of Origin (DO): Bizkaia. Txakoli, made with a coupage of txakolis, from the Hondarrabi Zuri (80%), and the Risling varieties (20%). 12.5% ABV.
This is the flagship txakoli of Magalarte winery. It is made with the vines closest to our hamlet, paying homage to all the ancestors that have preceded us in the cellar.
It is the most mature reference of our txakoli star Magalarte Zamudio. This wine has been fermenting in oak barrels for 6 months, giving it volume and roundness.
