In order to fully enjoy this traditional, mysterious dish, we suggest that you serve it in an earthenware dish. To accompany it, in a side dish place some grated cheese, lettuce that has been washed and cut into strips and diced salad tomatoes and in another dish place Mexican-style corn tortillas.
Eating it is great fun: take a corn tortilla, place a portion of the axoa on top, and accompany it with the garnish of your choice.
