Designation of Origin (DO): Bizkaia. Txakoli, made with a coupage of txakolis, from the Hondarrabi Zuri (80%), and the Risling varieties (20%). 12.5% ABV.

Txakoli is made with a blend of txakolis obtained from the Hondarrabi Zuri (80%) and the Risling varieties (20%), which are macerated over their own lees and stored for 8-10 months in stainless steel vats.
Varieties which have been produced in vinyards using a trellis as a production technique. A wine that stands out for its straw yellow color, the scent of mature apples, white flowers and hay.
Fresh to the taste, with a progressive volume and a soft after-taste. Good for enjoying with traditional codfish dishes in Biscayan Sauce, with snails or in stews. Recommended serving temperature of 10º-12ºC. It is advised to take the cork out 15 minutes before consumption.
