
Semi-sweet white wine made with Viura type grapes. Rioja-Alavesa.
Following its own and particular production system, marked by the winery's technical director, cutting off the fermentation to fully guarantee the preservation of the grape's own sugars.
It is a pale yellow wine, sweet on the palate, and with a great balance between acidity and sweetness derived from the sugars of the grape.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 14ºC.
