Terms and Conditions
The order will be delivered in a resistant cardboard box which contains the selected products, packaged carefully so that everything arrives in perfect condition.
The order will be delivered for the attention of the person and to the address indicated, during office hours, Monday through Friday.
If the recipient is not located at the destination address, the courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the following business day. If, after such attempt, the courier is unable to deliver the package, they will leave a note and the order will be available at the offices of the courier service closest to the delivery address indicated.
The costs of shipping vary according to the delivery zone, type of product, weight, fuel cost fluctuations, taxes, insurance, etc.
The costs of shipping will be visible at all times in the shopping cart and, for further convenience, you will be able to calculate an estimate of transport costs before making the purchase, by entering the shipping address for the goods.
From the time the order leaves our warehouse, the normal delivery time within Spain will be 1 to 3 working days and for deliveries outside of Spain, the average shipping time is 4 to 7 working days.
We accept the following payment methods, so that you may choose the method most convenient to you:
1) Card payment
Payments may be made via debit and credit cards, 4B, Visa and MasterCard.
All operations which involve the transmission of personal information or banking details will be carried out utilizing a secure environment. Bask Selekt uses the secure payment gateway of the financial entity La Caixa in such a way that no data sent or received by same may be revealed, intercepted or altered.
In the same way, credit card information will not be registered in any database but, rather, go directly to the PST (the bank’s Point of Sale Terminal).
2) Bank transfer
Once you have finalized your order, you will receive an email immediately with all the detailed information concerning the order. Once received, you should carry out a bank transfer of the amount therein to the following account:

Once the transfer to the above account has been effectuated, send us a copy of the transfer receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your receipt, the administration staff will give the order to our logistics services to send out your order.
3) Payment by PayPal
PayPal permits payment via the debit card, credit card or bank account that you have registered with said company.
- PayPal is secure: PayPal securely stores its financial information and protects it with the leading security systems and fraud prevention protocols on the market. Moreover, your financial details are never shared with the vendor.
- PayPal is quick and easy: you won’t have to introduce card or bank account information to pay. All you need is your email address and a password.
Once you’ve finished the purchasing process, an email is sent out to your access outlining the details of your purchase. We ask that you please contact us if you do not receive this email.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, the confirmation email will also contain the numbers of the account to which you must make the transfer. Please clearly specify to us by email your name and the number of the order indicated in the confirmation email.
All our products have VAT included. The charge will be made in euros, independently of the country in which the purchase is being made, since it is the client’s bank that applies the exchange rate from the EUR to your local currency. The exchange rate applied to our prices is the official exchange rate of the Central European Bank, which is updated monthly.
In accordance with article 68 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, the Client has the right to return their purchase within the seven-day period following the reception of the goods, for which the Client assumes the costs of returns handling.
We can only accept returns of products which meet the following conditions:
- The order must be returned with all of its products included, in its original packaging and with the original seal unbroken, including all its accessories and in perfect condition.
- We will not accept returns of products which do not arrive in their original packaging, except in the case of defective products, when the defect has been incurred during shipping or another justifiable cause.
Only in this last case, Bask Selekt will be responsible for the both the returns processing costs of the damaged goods and the prompt shipment of the replacement product(s).
The process for returning goods must be initiated with a notification by e-mail to: email@example.com.
In said e-mail, the client must include all order information, the ID number, and the reasons for the return. In the case of a defect, a photo attachment of the product as it was upon its arrival must also be included.
We will respond to this e-mail at the earliest opportunity.
Should the return comply with all the requirements, will we proceed with the reimbursement of the total cost of the order or with the shipment of a new order, in accordance with the process that is ultimately agreed upon by both parties once we receive the returned order or product. The return goods should be packaged in the same box that they were originally shipped in or in a similar format which will guarantee the return of the goods in perfect condition. A copy of the delivery note indicating the reasons for returning of the goods must be included inside the package.
Bask Selekt S.L. will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the return of goods which do not respect the step-by-step instructions established in this returns procedure.
