INGREDIENTS: Goose liver (39%), Milk, pork bacon, duck fat, Egg, chicken liver, salt, sherry, truffle (0.4%), spices, preservative E-250 and antioxidant E-301.
PREPARATION: Direct consumption without heat treatment. Serve cold, put in the refrigerator 24 hours before consumption.
EXPIRATION: Consume preferentially within 4 years.
