Veal chuck steak in red wine is a traditional dish from both the Spanish and Basque cuisine.
Have you heard of veal chuck steak before? Chuck steak is the cut of pork or beef taken from the cheek. It corresponds to the fatty parts found on both sides of the face, and is a very tender cut of meat, ideal for making sauces.
This is a very strong dish, but with an incredible taste and flavour. The ingredients are: Beef chuck steak, onion, leek, tomato, carrot, corn starch, red wine, salt, olive oil, garlic and white pepper.
Store in the fridge between 0ºC and 4ºC. When ready to eat, perforate the cover by making several holes in the film and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes, at 1000W.
