This is the flagship txakoli of Magalarte winery. It is made with the vines closest to our hamlet, paying homage to all the ancestors that have preceded us in the cellar.
Our most special txakoli is a bright greenish-yellow wine that has aromas of yellow fruit, banana skin on the nose and in certain mouths it can have a slight mineral touch. In the mouth it opens with volume and roundness. Fresh and harmonious, with a slight acidity perfectly integrated.
We recommend its consumption at 8 degrees.
Each bottle carries all our love, that of a family dedicated body and soul to the profession he loves. It is a txakoli made with grapes that grow and ripen next to our baserri. Bottled and labeled personally by us, the descendants of Nikolas Aretxabaleta, founder of the winery. It is without a doubt our most special txakoli. It is presented in the glass with a greenish and bright yellow color, which then awakens aromas of yellow fruit, banana skin. We wanted to pay our particular tribute with a txakoli that opens with volume and roundness in the mouth. Fresh and harmonious entry, which as a good traditional feature has a slight acidity but is perfectly integrated.
