Fincas de Landaluce Crianza

Red wine from Rioja Alavesa Crianza, Fincas de Landaluce. It offers the elegant profile of a new generation wine, with fruity nuances in the foreground, well harmonized with the toasted notes provided by the oak and a slight balsamic touch. The palate is friendly, round and balanced, inviting to repeat the drink. With the capacity to keep in the cellar for five or six years, it can be enjoyed at room temperature (16º) and accompanies dishes of stewed beef, poultry, stews, legumes, cheeses and pâté.

From well-selected grapes, in a perfect state of ripeness and harvested manually in our own vineyards in Laguardia: San Cristóbal, La Media Legua, Prado de las Albas and La Laguna, aged between 20 and 40 years.

After destemming, the grapes fermented in 25,000 L stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 26–28˚C and after maceration for 7 to 10 days, they underwent malolactic fermentation that refines the wine, leaving it at its proper acidity.

It is followed by aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
